Heart Milk: Live in the Cave

Steph Plant and friends sing the four songs on her EP, Heart Milk, in the Piasa cave in Alton, IL.

Steph opened the invitation to my full creative expression. Filmed and edited by me and paired with audio recorded by Adam Long, the cave shapes the experience from every angle. Through prisms, layered imagery, and shifting natural light, there is a dreamlike, psychedelic, immersive visual world, while Adam’s expertise captures the natural echo and depth of the space. The result is earthy, resonant, and emotionally alive.

Constantinos

Constantinos is a portrait of a 95-year-old Greek man reflecting on the great loves of his life: his homeland, his architectural legacy, and above all, his late wife, Maria. Through intimate interviews, archival photos, animations, and humanistic observation, the film moves between memory-coated Athens to present day St. Louis. At once personal and universal, Constantinos honors the immigrant journey and pursuit of higher education. In the wisdom of his final years, Constantinos reminds us that no matter what we build, it is love that truly remains with us.
